Running error - stuck bellow 5% #40
Description
Hi! it has been hours and the job is stuck. I am running a screening of hundreds of ligands, 4 jobs at once. With few ligands the job got stuck and there is nothing I can do to move on in the list. I tried to stop the job, but the waiting list remains the same. Does anyone know how to fix it? Last time it happened I excluded the 4 ligands it was stuck and ran the simulation again, but lost all my previous progress.
