Patches for VS2012, and linker change support.

I took the liberty to implement vs2012 support. 
Now there's support for DirectoriesSetting, that is "VC++ Directories Settings" 
that moved from "Options" to "Project Settings" (that was on vs2010).
I also implemented support for changing the linker/assembler.
And I added support for the configuration alias named 'All', this is to 
simplify the config xml when you need to use same arguments on Build and on 
Release.
