How to use lm studio link with mobile device like Iphone and Android?

Hi , as per title , how can i use the lm studio link with app like Reins and Enchanted dev where i can setup a local llm via network ?
do i need to install tailscale? but how to setup ?

I can answer parts of your question : To my knowledge, there isn't an official way YET, since there is no LM Studio app for mobile (when I last checked, about a week ago).
BUT there are similar mobile apps that support the traditional way using hosted models. An example of such an app would be Anything LLM(android), which has explicit support for LM Studio.but not LM studio link.(those apps also work with the domain trick)

If you want to just use the models in your own network, you can host them via the internet server hosting settings in LM Studio.
If you want to use the LLMs outside of your network, it gets more difficult. I successfully used the free tier of Cloudflare and a domain to route requests/data from the domain towards your hosting system(all operating systems that have a browser. I don't know how safe that is, as I am not a cybersecurity specialist.

An always possible alternative to an app would be web interfaces like Open Web UI, which also works both outside and inside your network.

Maybe I'm late but you download tailscale on PC and mobile login both client with the same app
And use anything llm it's easy to config. start lm studio for the "brain" and anything llm has a mobile app and pc app while tailscale running on booth you can link the mobile app even if you outside you can talk to it .

I hope they will develop a function like in claude where you can use claude from mobile but with the power of the claude desktop
