LMS START is missing option to allow serving on local LAN.

Headless LMStudio server:
LMS START
cli command doesn't include an options to allow serving on local network. This seems to be missing, because GUI does allow that as an option.

I've checked even with curl on the same machine that lms is running, however lms doesn't seem to bind to the external facing lan port - but replies perfectly OK on local loopback.

You can use lms server start --bind 0.0.0.0.

Use lms server start --help to see its supported options.
