When calling 'calctwiss' script with a THERING object but not specifying dp value, dp is always set to zero.
Is this a desired behavior?
For instance, in the case RF frequency is set to a non-nominal value in the THERING object received as input, but the dp value is not defined in the other input parameters, would the desired behavior be calculating dp instead of setting it to zero?
