When the pulsed magnet is externally interlocked, the Pulse-Sts PV may report a value of 1, which does not reflect the actual pulsing state of the power supply.
I’m not yet sure if this occurs only under external interlock or in other conditions as well, but it is consistently reproducible in this scenario. This might also be related to issue #19.
