It seems that these drawings do not take into account differences between actual element locations and those locations of the symmetric lattice. In the drawing, for example, CH is in U49, not in D49.

It seems other drawing have been generated which propagates the inconsistency: I have come across Salas_Racks_v7.9.dwg from IMA group, for example, when deciding device names together with DIG group.
