Experiment: Can we connect to Aktiv Kommune APIs?

They have several subsites set up for each kommune. Bergens is at https://www.bergen.kommune.no/aktivby/ 

Tasks:
- [ ] Find the API structure, if possible
- [ ] See if it's useful data for us
- [ ] Contact them and ask for permission to use it
