Failed to establish a new connection #36
Description
I am trying to connect to my incident homepage with, Service now API , and I am always getting
NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x0000021D12128DA0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed',)).
I am using external login method so i have two username ,im attching those pages as a screenshot.
I am not sure about how api is taking my credentials.
Sorry to raise this as a issue this may be a query but i can not find any proper explanation anywhere for my query.
