Change the wording once we reach the withdraw limit

Once the limit is reached the Daily remaining withdraw amount: X LOOM text should be replaced with Daily withdrawal limit reached (Y LOOM).

In all other cases the Daily remaining withdraw amount: X LOOM text should also indicate the max daily limit, so instead of just X LOOM is should show X/Y LOOM (where Y is the daily per-account max).
