Video, Dynamic Content, H5P not working with LITE Track Changes on

When a user tries to add video, dynamic content, or H5P while track changes is on, the plugin does not allow it.

Development stopped about 7 years ago, so as Marge Simpson once said - whatever it does, it's doing it now.
