trying to load HealBot and get "Error file does not exsist"

Iv'e read the readme and put the files for both healbot and libs/lor in the windower 4 folders respectively and it still wont load in windower 4.

you have to manually load it by typing //lua l healbot

I'm having the same issue. I use
//lua load healbot and I get error.can someone assist thanks
