how to implement server side and authentication server on my own domain

hi 
i was planning to run this app with few modification completely independent from your server,i was wondering how would i achieve it?
i got my client id and client secret and WEBSITE URL and
REDIRECT URI which is set to my domain but i dont know how to implement it on my own domain
