Issue with Quantity Extraction for Transactions with 1000 Shares (Onvista)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run script on onviste statement PDF containing transactions with STK 1.000,000 (see attached screenshot).

Expected Behavior:
The "quantity" entry in the exported .csv should read: "1000" or "1,000" or "1,000.00"

Actual Behavior:
The quantity column in exported .csv is empty

Note: Quantity extraction works correctly for transactions with fewer shares.
