Plugin don't validate the message on Edit Commit Message

1. Write a message in the pattern and click on commit.
2. In the Git tab, right click in the message and click on "Edit Commit Message..." option.
3. Update for a non-standard message

Inspections run correctly:

I think what you want to see there is a warning/error whenever you are typing a commit type, scope, etc., that is not included in the tokens JSON file (be it the bundled one or a custom one).
