Use ICSDClient via a socks5 proxy instead of providing the username and password

Suppose I have a socks5 proxy with IP based access authentication to ICSD, how can I use ICSDClient via this socks5 proxy instead of providing the username and password?

Side remark: I also noticed another similar project here.
