Chrome footer bar in linux?

Hi, I'm trying to use your Chrome Session Restore in Linux and I'm having trouble following the instructions. Specifically, the process of dragging the http://metgate.org/chrome-session-restore/Last%20Tabs to the Footer Bar, it doesn't seem to do anything at all. Is there another alternative way of getting that in place that doesn't involved DND?

Thanks! I'm hoping that this will help me recover my lost tabs, since everything else has not worked so far!

Sorry for responding so late. This may be an browser issue. The input-file upload button is not shown when the Browser is determined to be capable of DND.
Fix: You could go in the JavaScript Console (Press CTRL + SHIFT + J) and enter jsonfiles.style.display = 'inline';
