Feat/update 2024 (#214)

- Add 2024 data
- Update citation counts 2016-2023

Observations:
- citation counts for 2023 _decreased_ by ~10% vs data from 2024
  spot checks indicate that this may reflect a more accurate prediction of the total number of citations on the search result landing page
- with the new data, the 2022 citation counts appear like an outlier (too high). to be seen whether this is a real effect or due to a change in methodology on the google scholar side that has not yet propagated through all previous years
