Description
1. reduce the amount of gas spent by the owner.
get rid of count() and calculate the max while revealing votes
2. take into consideration the voter's balance.
Lock the balance during the voting stage to avoid multiple votes with the same tokens.
Unlock the balance when the voter reveals her vote. This requires an integration with ERC20 smart contract.
