Mouse sensitivity in DOS menus

The mouse sensitivity for the cursor in the DOS menus (e.g. mission select, and the original ESC screen) seems to operate at a different rate from the configured mouse sensitivity for general mouselook in the TFE options. The default cursor speed feels a bit slower than I'm used to, so it would be a nice enhancement to be able to increase the movement sensitivity for this.

I have the same issue. It is def a different frame-rate than the main TFE window.

The menus do operate at a different framerate, it is part of the way Landru works. As for mouse sensitivity, adding a "game menu" sensitivity or something might be handy - there is no reason to merge the sensitivity values between mouse look and menus since different values seem appropriate.

How about if instead of offering a mouse sensitivity option for menus we just switch away from relative mode and make the cursor OS-controlled when a menu is active? I have a branch in the works to do this.

I have submitted a PR at #177. It uses the OS to control the cursor in menus. There are some issues that need to be cleared up before the PR can be merged. There is no option to set the mouse sensitivity for menus. Rather, you have to use the OS's mouse settings.
