Installation failure on lastest nodejs version (v16)

I got many build errors trying to install the library with node v16, I switched to v14 LTS and it works well.

So, maybe just adding the nodejs version compatibility on the readme ?

V16 still not supported. try bump nan package to last version. PRs are appreciated.
