I am currently using a public dataset that has only the mtx and tsv files (barcodes and features) and no h5 files. I don't have access to the raw fastq files to generate the h5 file. I was wondering if there was a workaround or recommendations for this case? I noticed the convert visium function has an h5 as an input.
