Relax dependency for slop

Currently the dependency is for slop (~> 4.2), other popular gems (I have pry in mind) depend on slop (~> 3.4). Do you need the slop version to be these high or can we lowered? I'm happy to submit a PR is this is seen as valuable.

I don't think I have a hard dependency on this slop version. Some tests need to be run on the older versions to see how it behaves.

Are you using NATO at the moment and need some debugging capabilities? What's the use case?

Sorry for the late response, I have been missing/loosing notifications lately.

I was trying to make readable (unambiguous) representations of invitation codes, and it's a Rails app saw the conflict, while trying to use NATO. If you have some tests in mind and need help let me know. I might reconsider adding the feature back if I didn't had the conflict.
