Package not found error in Ubuntu 22.04

I was trying to install 10 band equalizer. But, this error was given:

E: Unable to locate package python-lxml

I see the same on Linux Mint 21.2. But it seems like I don't need this package (or I have some replacement installed, IDK). I've only installed gir1.2-gconf-2.0 with dependencies, then ran ./install.sh --rb3, and the equalizer plugin was installed. I enabled it in the menu Preference -> the Plugins tab. The equalizer can be controlled in Tools -> Equalizer.
