Generate datasets/VOC0712.txt is so easy, each line in datasets/VOC0712.txt is the image path.
When you generate the VOC0712 block imags, i.e. execute ./scripts/generate_voc0712_compress.py, you can use find path to VOC0712 original images and Quality10 images -name *.jpg > ./datasets/VOC0712.txt to get datasets/VOC0712.txt.
My machine is broken, so I can not get this txt file.
