The blog category links on right have a lot of breakage

A lot of the Category links return 404s, and there are duplicate Category labels. For example there are 2 "Wehe" categories in the list, each with apparently a single post. If you click on the first link it brings up a single article, the 2nd link closer to the bottom returns a 404. That is just one of many examples I've found.

We should figure out what is going on and fix the issues.
