Error: Could not find characteristic: 00000019-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb

I'm encountering the following error connecting to an M365 with ESC 155, BLE 910 and BMS 126. There doesn't appear to be an AVDTP characteristic on my scooter. Does this characteristic only appear when the button is pressed to pair? I can't seem to trigger it.
