Support OpenClaw as a host runtime for W2A, alongside the existing Claude Code integration.
Why
W2A is meant to be host-agnostic — the same sensor should reach a user regardless of which agent runtime they live in. Today only Claude Code is wired up end-to-end. OpenClaw users currently have no way to install a W2A sensor or receive signals, which limits the protocol's reach and the addressable audience for sensor authors.
