truffle test with quantal

Truffle test tends to compile everything regardless if there is a file change.

Being able to switch to quantal will definitely start saving some serious time.

Unclear if this is an issue for the truffle-framework or can be addressed here.

Truffle integration, including testing, is definitely a planned feature. I will try to publish a detailed roadmap next week.

Just published the roadmap. I'm supposed to discuss this with devs at Truffle over the summer, but integration would most likely be after the v1.0 release (3. Post-release work)
