Button labels for controls do not speak for a screen reader user. #330
Description
Using latest stable Firefox and NVDA 2015.1, the labels for the page up, page down and refresh buttons are not spoken. My sighted wife was able to tell me what the controls were but the buttons, while identified as buttons do not speak their function properly.
