The PAN View in the IT Portal provides a centralized dashboard for managing all income tax-related actions linked to a specific PAN account. This interface displays key account metadata such as entity type (e.g., company), account registration date, contact availability (email and phone), and location (jurisdiction and address area). It also shows sync status and the most recent synchronization timestamp for IT and TDS data.

Users can perform a range of actions including viewing IT and TDS login credentials, updating or deleting account details, managing ignored proceedings, adding manual notices, and accessing higher authority appeal (ITAT) functionalities.

Functionality Modules:

• Demand List – Access and review any outstanding demands raised by the income tax department.
• Return / Files / Refund Status / Worklist – Monitor return filings, refund progress, and track pending tasks or compliance items.
• Proceeding / Notice / Temp Notice – Manage various proceedings and notices, including temporary notices with features for tracking timelines, adjournments, and virtual hearings.
• CA List / CA Assigned Forms – View and manage the list of Chartered Accountants and their allocated compliance forms.
• Filed Form / Payments – Review all filed forms and payment records related to the PAN account.
• Grievances / Key Person Details – Lodge and track grievances or update critical contact and responsibility information.
• ARCA UDIN / ARCA Filed Forms / Worklist – Handle filings under ARCA, including their worklists and digitally signed forms.
• Requested Download / Track Request Forms – Access document download requests and track the status of all related activities.
• RP Batch / RP Proceedings – Manage rectification proceedings in batch or individually as per case workflow.
• ITAT Appeal – Review and update appeal cases submitted to the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
• Jurisdiction Details – Access jurisdiction-specific metadata such as assessing officer type, ward details, range code, and official contact ID for the assigned IT building.
• 26AS and AIS Section – View Tax Credit (26AS) and Annual Information Statement (AIS) data, when available, for financial record validation and reporting.
