APN? Access Point Name? Or do you mean something else? Access point settings should not be relevant for the server software and normally configured elsewhere. I don't know your use case for that, but sounds like application logic(?).

You're actually using the library? I didn't know anyone is. Anyhow I think it was solid when it was made.
