Unit tests for javascript features #32
Description
Our solidity functions have unit tests.
Our javascript functions don't, and are only tested incidentally as part of the solidity tests.
We should have a suite of jest tests, like the rps-poc project, that tests eg. fmg-core/utils.sign.
