Selective unbinding

Any el is unbound of pre-existing events on initialization. This is to prevent any interference in the operation of the view that will appear to be a glitch.

As there are cases where we may wan to preserve certain set events, this reset may become counter-productive.

An option defining the events that we want to preserve may be a solution for this.

This may be a non-issue if the events are bind to the body using jQuery's updated syntax:

$("body").on("event", el, callback);
