is there a way to run this on a pc

whenever I run pi to potter on my pi it shuts down. I got it to work a couple of times but the framerate was too slow to track anything. if someone could tell me how to change the code so I could run it on my PC that would be great.

I noticed this as well. i suspect that the camera I am using is running 1080p@30fps. I get a overheat warning

I don't know how to do it... but I suspect the camera need to be set to 640 x 480p ~90fps
