Description
note: try speedrunning this, just seeing how fast we can run through it
- redo custom VPC
- Update terraform: custom VPC, target group, attachments
- Change GH Actions to run off a POST sent from an EventBridge cron job (GHA cron is always late and not guaranteed to run)
- Change userdata to connect to RDS
- Set up NAT Gateway on cron job (?)
- Set up alerts
- Set up staging environment
