Is there a tool similar to decListener for automating file pushing?

Hi there,
Thanks for the great work on dec! I’ve been using decListener to automate file pulling from configured interfaces, and it works really well.
I was wondering, does dec offer a similar tool or built-in feature for automating file pushing to interfaces?
If not, is there a recommended way to handle that use case within the framework?

Hi,

I recommend to use the updated branch DEC

File pushing may be automated in different manners depending on the use-case:

• cron job to run periodically the tool decDeliverFiles, which delivers the files available in <GlobalOutbox> at dec_config.xml according to the configured rules ; uniqueness of the execution is ensured by decDeliverFiles (e.g. high frequency in cron before decDeliverFiles completion is not an issue)

• chaining from the source using one pull interface to retrieve the files to be delivered and then by events, trigger the file pushing according to the desired granularity (e.g. invoke of global decDeliverFiles requiring the pull interface <LocalInbox> config to meet the <GlobalOutbox>, some example here
