Moderation queue improvement: compact display #2

Original request from mantisbt/mantisbt#2160 (comment):
- A more compact display (table format, with pagination) would be more appropriate, particularly when there is a high volume of entries to process (or when reviewing previously moderated items).
- Add pagination
- Allow multiple selection to process several entries in one go
- Showing full details as a pop-up / separate page is nice to have

@vboctor: I don't think we need a more compact format. We shouldn't have a tone in the moderation queue. I optimize for readability of the entries to moderate.
strongly believe we do actually.
It's not about a "tone" (whatever that means) - it's about making this feature easy to use for the moderator, which is what you should optimize for. A table view allowing them to multi-select items and process them simultaneously would be more efficient and user-friendly IMO.
I believe the current layout will be painful to manage if there are many entries.
