Remove formatting markup in language settings values #175
Description
Expected Behavior
Language text string values should contain text only, not application-specific markup.
Actual Behavior
The values in the mapaction-toolbox/arcgis10_mapping_tools/MapAction/MapAction/Resources/language_config.xml file contain Arc markup - e.g. <data_sources_label><bol>Data Sources</bol></data_sources_label>. This requires extra steps in the processing to generate QGIS templates, and (when implemented) the QGIS Map Export plugin.
