Installation does not automatically install the controller dependency

How to reproduce

Install the repo without first explicitly installing the controller package:

python -m pip install mapactionpy_qgis

Expected behaviour

Installing the mapactionpy_qgis package should resolve the mapactionpy_controller dependency and the command above should be sufficient to create the MapChef executable.

Actual behaviour

The MapChef executable is not available to run

Work around is:

python -m pip install mapactionpy_controller
python -m pip install mapactionpy_qgis
