Chapter Enter Inverted

Hello, I've been working on a storytelling project for a few weeks now. I have all of my layers properly loaded (as far as I can tell) in the config.js file. But when I go to view the file, the maps aren't appearing in the project. After a couple of scrolls I noticed that certain maps would appear when I would scroll from the bottom of the paper upward. But now when scrolling from the top of the page downward. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi I have the same problem, I think its because the onStepEnter is not guaranteed to happened after onStepExit event.
