Skills return to 0 after temporary powerup #5

Map: (Wyndrax Tower 2 (E3M4B) / Crypt of Nharre (E3M5A)

Background

During E3M4B, the following skills somehow went from Speed=2, Acro=0, to Speed=5, Acro=5. I haven't used any cheats to increase these and didn't notice at what point this happened. However, I have the same game files before (savec9, saved0) and after this skill increase happened (saved1).

Bug

Before E3M5A begins, my current skill levels are Power=3, Attack=4, Speed=5, Acro=5, Vitality=0. If I collect the Attack power-up at Secret 1, Power=5 temporarily but after wearing off, Power=0 permanently! The same happens for Attack if I get the power-up at Secret 2. Having watched online walkthroughs, I know this is not supposed to happen.

Workaround

I started again from savec9, ensuring that the Speed and Acro skills do not increase to 5. When they didn't, the bug is not reproduce-able. The powerups in E3M5A do not reduce the skills to 0 after the power-ups wear off.

Although I have included saved0, this is actually a separate bug and happened during. The wizard got stuck on the stairs trying to make his way up, and at this point he is invincible. When re-loading saved0, it's impossible to continue because the Wizard cannot be killed. I had to start again from savec9, progress, and then made saved1 (see attached)
