Feature request: add `note-off and restart` retrigger mode

From the docs:

A pause/resume sample will pause when it receives a note-off message, and resume from the same position when it receives the next note-on. You can reset the sample to the beginning by triggering a sample (or an empty note) with the same exclusive group.

I have a rack of loops that I always want to start from the beginning, and triggering an empty note before each keypress feels cumbersome. It would be great if there was an additional note-off and restart option under retrigger mode.
