Feature request: Add a MIDI CC config option for analog pins

It would be awesome to control attack (CC73), release (CC72), volume (CC7), etc. directly with potentiometers, without needing an external MIDI controller or custom Arduino code. Maybe a subset of CC controls could be available on digital pins too, eg. for adding a sustain footswitch.

Here’s what it might look like in the UI:

I moved action to the top of the options list, since it can affect the options underneath (eg. “note” vs “cc”). I think this would be helpful for the existing actions list anyway, since for example velocity isn’t needed for a bank up action.
