Add Swedish to configuration

Pull request #2 adds a Swedish translation. It would be neat if that language was also listed in the configuration file once merging the pull request. E.g. as implemented in the commit at https://git.netizen.se/RunnerUpLive/commit/?h=fix/sv_in_config
