toKmH() is not a function

When using openlayers my browser stops executing javascript with an error about toKmH() not being a function, severely breaking RunnerUpLive completely.

Replacing the function call with the content of the function, as done at https://git.netizen.se/RunnerUpLive/commit/?h=fix/openlayers makes RunnerUpLive render as expected.
