The "In defense of .js" option is missing #11

The in defense of .js option is actually a combo of the "whitelist/blacklist in package.json" option with "commonjs and es2015 in package.json" option.

Polling currently forces you to choose one of the options, which means you can't currently vote for the entirety of the proposal as is.
