I want to add some filter on top of the list, How could I do it? Plz help.

Thanks for the CRUD Application, It worked and great job you have done. 
Appreciate.

I want to add filters such as search by name, sex, department and Unique ID 
number such as QW23. How Could achieve the filters part, Could you please help 
for any pointer.

Other things, I have may be 20 fields for each record and I want to display 
only certain fields in list page. In addition to this, I wish to attach a 
photograph for each record which has the Image crop functionality.

Your help would be highly appreciated.
