EHR. Labs. Pre-selected dx disappears after screen reload

Tested on:
EHR Testing, Staging 1.7.13

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create an in-person visit.
2. Select Dx in the Assessment screen.
3. Open Labs Creation screen.
   AR=ER: Primary Dx from the Assessment screen is displayed by default.
4. Reload the screen.
   ER: No changes.
   AR: Default Dx has disappeared.

Note: At screen reload the Order Creation form gets cleaned. That looks like expected. But the default Dx should stay even after screen reset.

This was not a bug so much as not an mvp feature. Most screens do not implement "save on refresh/naviagte away" behavior for mvp simplicity.
