Update peak filter

This issue is for updating peak filter.

There are some issues in current peak filter and the result table view:

• Neutral loss check is not worked
• Numbers are sorted as String
• No selection other than intensity value to show as hit peak
• No info of total intensity for evaluating the spectrum condition
